Location: the structure is located at the end of a private road, accessible from the provincial road connecting Martina Franca and Alberobello.
Description: this structure includes a large house with trulli and lamie as well as a garage, all entirely in stone. In the trulli part there are 5 cones, two of which are very tall and wide, two medium cones and one smaller, in addition to the trulli there are 4 stone rooms with barrel vaults, two flat-roofed lamias not in stone. Furthermore, on the square in front of the house there is a further large stone building used as a storage room as well as a room with an oven, finally on the back of the building there is an old stable. Inside the house, all the rooms are communicating with each other, with the exception of two cones currently used for storage located on the back. The house has 3 access doors, therefore the structure lends itself to being divided into several real estate units or you can decide to build a single large house.
Conditions: the cones and the entire structure are in excellent condition, inside all the living rooms have a heating system with radiators. The internal walls are plastered as originally, so it would be easy to remove part of the plaster to have the cones and arches with exposed stone. Some rooms have an attic with a barrel vault, a carriage sky vault, and some with a flat attic. Finally, it would be advisable to renovate the existing bathroom and create a second bathroom to serve the entire house.
Installations: It is necessary to redo the electrical system and adapt the heating system, while as regards the water system there are two large cisterns as well as the possibility of connecting to the rural aqueduct. It is also necessary to install the Imhoff tank.
